Today Alicia and I went to Bury St Edmunds with a couple of friends. On the way there we came accross this truck:

All that walking around looking at stuff makes me pretty hungry so we stopped by a kabob place by our house for some food and they had an awesome sign.

As soon as we got to the shopping area of Bury I locked the keys in the car, which was great because I got to learn how to break into my car, which unfortunately is way too easy and only took me about 1 minute. With a little practice I think I could have my time under 10 seconds.
We hit up a pub for a pint to wash away the super feeling of jackass I had for the key incident and then walked around various shops to see what the town has to offer. It offers alot. We were there for about 3 hours or so and didn't even come close to seeing everything.
As is the case with many of the towns in England, we ran accross some churches or cathedralls. I'm not sure which and I didn't bother to look and find out, but here are some photos:
The last photo is of Abbey Gardens. Apparently some rich guy built this monsterous house with beautiful gardens - and then died or something. Anyway, the ruins are there to see. My synopsis is mostly untrue, just so you know. Alicia told a story about the neighbors pilliging the house for the stones so they could build their own houses.
