September 06 2007, England - This is first hotel room and Our First Pub, The Bird in Hand! After finally getting to bed 30 hours after leaving Citrus Heights, we were woken up, around 9pm, by Ziggy Marley blaring through our window. This place is hopping on Friday nights!This is also where we had our First English Meal. It was terrible. After a few bad experiences, we bought an electric skillet and went grocery shopping so we could cook our own meals in the room. We have had some great food since then.
